Castel Weddings and Events works to make your wedding day an unforgettable day. Our agency is formed by a team of certified professionals and experts in the destination that accompany the couples and their families from the first call we have until the end of the event. When confirming our services we will be with you from the inspection visit to know the place, tastings, selection of suppliers and negotiations with hotels and independent locations.

I´m originally from San Luis Potosi, and I have a degree in Communication from UASLP along with a master’s degree in Event Organization and Protocol from ESERP Barcelona.
I recently finished a diploma in destination weddings, since I believe in continuous academic preparation.
I have 8 years of experience in the world of romance. I had the opportunity to start my career in weddings and events at Xcaret Park, where I worked for 2 and a half years, meeting wonderful people and organizing amazing events. Later, I was part of SOS Wedding planners for 4 and a half years, where I expanded the possibilities of creating events throughout the Riviera Maya and the Yucatan Peninsula.
I am currently part of Castle Weddings and Events, which I co-founded with my partner, Gaby Choel, and together we have been part of beautiful stories and created unforgettable events.
Fun facts about me: I am married and have two daughters, Lúa and María Paula. I also have two dogs: Moh (Shih Tzu) and Maki (Scottish Terrier). I love accessories, gummy candies and potato chips prepared with chili. My hobbies are spinning, love stories and, of course, weddings.

Choel
I’m originally from Tapachula Chiapas. I hold a degree in International Tourism Hotel Business Administration with a concentration in Events by the Universidad Valle de México and Kendall College in Chicago.
During my time in Chicago I gained the necessary knowledge and experience in organizing all kinds of events. However life took me to the Riviera Maya where I completed a diploma in Wedding Planning and Organization. There I fell in love with the Romance industry and had the opportunity to collaborate with different companies for several years learning from the best in the industry.
This allowed me to help many couples fulfill their dream weddings. Along the way, I met Fer (my partner) and from the beginning we had great chemistry. We successfully coordinated several weddings together, which led us to create something of our own, something unique, where we could continue guiding couples and their families in a very special way to create something magical. That’s how Castle Weddings and Events was born.
I am a very cheerful smiling, and hardworking person. I love dancing, watching movies, traveling, but above all spending time with my family.
